Re: Method for getting surface scratches out of PPF (Actually worked)
Most PPF brands are self healing. Just needs a little heat. Even parking in the sun on a warm day will work. I’ve seen most install shops use a heat gun on affected areas.
Glad to hear your investment in PPF paid off and your wing is once again scratch free.

Feel free to post more pics of your Spyder as the months and years progress.
And more of the CSL too 😊
I'll refrain from posting pix of a BMW on a Porsche forum, lest the purists take issue
But for any enthusiast of older BMWs hop on over to the e9coupe.com forum: https://e9coupe ...

Re: 718 Interior Photos - Share More Love
I have that drab interior ( no offense, ha ) as I had viewed Crazy Eddie's interiors prior to my order and not really liking the Porsche options I decided to just go with the standard seating surface in my Cayman. Plus I wanted the GT4 ( LWBS ) seats and having viewed Crazy Eddie's stuff I knew I ...

Re: 718 Interior Photos - Share More Love
Retro, clean, stunning , design coup, etc. what a killer and tasteful transformation that hits so many special points for so many. The few yellow touches elsewhere ( chronometer , shift knob ,etc. ) bring out the color and highlight the subtle yellow touches and it all shows alot of thought was ...

Think I’m at the end of the road as far as interior mods go. Recently received the Placek inserts I designed and removed the helmet pad to expose more CF. Last weekend I installed TrackSpec LWBS angle brackets.

Re: Decals/Stripes for 987 Boxster
Hi All. Thanks for the responses.
There are a few good wrap companies in our area.
@71eh Thanks for the Etsy link. I’ll forward to him.
@Carmagic Good looking car. I think his current plan is similar. That “Porsche” stripe is readily available on Suncoast Auto

Decals/Stripes for 987 Boxster
Friend of mine just picked up a 2012 987.2 Boxster. It’s Black on black and needs a side stripe and new wheels to sport it up a bit.
Looking for recommendations for sources of stripes and decals I can refer him to. I’m aware of Suncoast Auto Parts’ offerings but hoping to find some other options ...

Re: What did you do to make your 718 unique?
'73. I just took delivery of it less than 4 weeks ago. Absolutely fabulous. I think I have two of the most perfect cars in the 718 Spyder and the '73 e9. The e9 has a 3.5L m90 engine with triple side draft DCOE40 Webers. Sublime!
