Yes I saw your version, made me wish I had a later model so I could've just used yours!
Clever trick with the seam, I've just been using random and carefully sanding it down.
Don't have a micrometer to hand, but I'll see if I can get one!

Just wanted to get an opinion before I print again. I initially printed this in PET-G and found it was clicking way too tight. I am unable to move the water pump freely at all. Should I try prining in ASA as its less flexible? Could that be the issue? I've tried with two different torque wrenches ...

Mine has already been replaced with a metal one, however it seems the second gear in line is missing a tooth, and that's causing it to bind up every so often. Don't suppose anyone has modelled that one? If not, next time I have the cluster apart, I'll give it a go.

924/944 Door Handle Gaskets
Hi all, I'm getting my car painted so thought I would sort out the cracking door handle gaskets in the process, Measurements taken from a '87 944, still yet to test but if I make any updates I will post them here. Obviously you will need to print these in a flexible filament such as tpu.
