Definitely black.

Even if your Boxster has PASM you can add the X73 anti sway (anti roll) bar to the rear. Bolt in and You tube video shows how EZ it is and improvement is genuine without added harsh ride.

A set of paint markers (fine) from the local hobby store can allow you to color the manual shifter's gate/ numbers. Have a bunch of Q-tips at the ready and go slowly. I waxed the surface (not the groves) of the knob with Q-tip to aid in controlling any excess paint. Looks OEM. Did the dots on the aluminum gas cap too.

A set of concentric wheel spacers helps handling (5 mm) somewhat but also makes the wheel fit the opening better to show off those wheels and the added space makes cleaning the rim and caliper easier.

Under seat fire extinguishers are great but if you have ventilated seats there are too much stuff under the passenger side so the answer is the trunk. By using a trunk liner (OEM) you can easily fasten a fire extinguisher to the plastic "tub" liner and the car suffers no drilling and stays put under most spirited driving. I am in the Space Coast Region and was lucky enough to find some Apollo era astronaut suitcase cover to mount between liner and bracket. Nice wood such as an old fan blade would work as well.

Don't have the OEM navigation? Try a Garmin (wide) stuck in a drink holder. They make a myriad of holders that match up with the OEM swing out bracket. Got to Werks Reunion w/o a missed turn!

On a trip I keep a lint roller behind my seat. It's EZ to touch up the rug should the wife track in some dirt or leaves. At home I keep one in the garage to roll off the fabric top. It is even good to get dust off the indoor cover before rolling the cover off before a drive. In that way no dust gets rolled back on the paint under the cover.

My final tip is this: When buying an indoor cover ask if a "relaxed fit" is available. So much easier to dive back under for your wallet or hat left in the car. Speaking on car covers. After 10 years I decided to remove the P O R S C H E trim and was a little worried the paint (speed yellow) might show fading but i was tired of wax build up around the insignia. Nope, the cover had kept the FL sun from destroying the paint. Original cover lasted 9 years but the sun did finally kill it thus the relaxed fit new cover. Auto Chic...thanks.
