I don't actually see your name on the SENT list, so I suspect I never sent it.... So many of the people who initially asked for one have sort of dropped off, so I haven't been very active with them lately. If memory serves, your location requires a trip to the post office, which makes it harder to just pop one in the mail. Let me look for your PM again and see if we can get you one finally. I know you've been patiently waiting....

I just received mine today! Perfect color match with my guards red GTS 4.0, seat belts and even my fire extinguisher hidden under the passenger seat! Thank you Tom, very appreciated!

I've been mulling the idea of selling the mode dial covers. My idea was that I'd still give them away to truly active Carpokeans, but for people who don't want to wait and/or don't have the intention/desire to contribute or stick around, this would be a way to get one, probably limited to my standard red or yellow.

Of all the bezel parts I've made, to me the mode dial covers look most like a factory upgrade, and the least 'home made' etc. The sports chono bezels for the 922/Taycan are a close second. I've all but stopped making the 992 Tach rings because it takes an inordinate amount of time to paint those with a Porsche-like finish quality. But I digress.

So.... my question is: if I were to sell them, what do you think is a fair price for the 718 (or very similar 992/Taycan) mode dial covers in red or yellow?

Considering the R&D costs, the cost of the 3-D printer and materials, labor and travel time to the paint store, they’d have to sell for a lot of money for you to break even. That being said, I’m sure you want to discount them as a value added perk for active Carpokeans. My best guess in $125 +/- $25.

Heck, I paid $360 to get my dummy ignition key covered in leather.
