Ok...
So I have a as some jokingly call it "Ronald McDonald" interior with yellow and red.. I personally love it.. get complainants all the time, but many of the more conservative Porsche purists prefer their shades of gray, I get it it...
Anyway.. I wanted to get the Bezel tom is making but torn on color choice... white? red? or YELLOW?
Sport chrono color choice dilemma .. interior pics - give me advice..

I'm a big Yellow Fan... I have it on the stitching on my Red GLC63 and love it. I'd go with yellow given where it is in relation to everything else.
Cheers,

Is that "racing yellow" and, if so, how close is it to the racing yellow exterior paint? I ask because my tach is "guards red" but seems darker and more maroon to me than real guards red.... Like I said, no guarantee how close I can get without paying for matched paint, but like you said, you can always pop them off and/or change colors based on your mood.

yeah, the standard option is called racing yellow -- I'm just not so sure it's all that close to the racing yellow they put on the outside. I'll poke around a little, stay tuned. Calling @Bob Z to see if he has any racing yellow paint v gauge insights....Sams992 wrote: Tue Oct 19, 2021 1:54 pm no idea... but if you go to the Porsche build site.. it has it as an interior trim / seatbelt color option... see if you can match that?
The seat belts are Racing Yellow, which I have as well, and my gauge faces are as well. However, the deviated stitching is Speed Yellow, same as the PCCB calipers. Speed is a deeper color, with a little orange in it. Here is a pic to show them side by side (Speed on the left, Racing on the right):

Thanks Bob! Would you say your Racing Yellow Gauges match the color of your exterior Racing Yellow Paint?
p.s., speed yellow is one of my favorite colors, so know it well and how it differs from RY. What I'm less clear on is whether the gauge color is really the same as the exterior Racing Yellow.... (since my "Guards Red" gauges don't look like true GR to me...)
