The CF and Alcantara shift boot are from DB Carbon Fiber in Germany. I also had OEM short shift installed.

Here's Tom's guide:

Basically, just scroll down when you're composing a reply and look for the "Attachments" tab in the lower left. Click that and then click "Add" and navigate to where your pic is stored locally. (IE: the folder and file on your PC.) It will download and then insert it where you want it in your post. Click "Preview" to be sure it looks the way you prefer and then click "Submit" as you would normally.
If more problems, just let me know!
