Hi Tom, I took some pictures of the area without the nose panel installed. The picture I took from the underside of the panel didn't get saved for some reason (I only realized once I had the panel back on). I found one on the web that looks exactly like mint though and attached it (just white). It does have the lip that was attached at the holes you used for the side braces in your original pictures. Think I could trim it to fit the ducts you showed in your original post.

Too bad about the header pics, as that's really the part at issue. See mine in the picture attached and note the two notches I cut out a long time ago for FMIC pipes. These cut-outs are where my ducts go, and I had to modify my ducts a bit to clear MY header panel. Whether my changes are enough to clear a stock header panel, I just don't know. But I wouldn't personally trim the metal in the header panel to make my ducts work -- but rather we should just hone in on whatever shape we need to print in order to clear and get a good seal. I'll do a little experimenting with duct tape and aluminum to mimic the original contour in that area and then see if/how the duct needs to be changed. Alternatively, I could print you a set like I'm now using, and you could probably trim them is/as needed to clear. The wall is thin -- like 1+mm -- so I actually trimmed them with scissors as I was honing in on the right shape to print. Would be nice to get a model with the right shape for the stock header panel, but if you don't want to kill time with all that, no problem.

My panel basically looks like yours without the cut-outs. I'm happy to take it off again and take some pictures and measurements if you think it's helpful. Otherwise your suggestion to print the profile you have and trim it during install sounds like the best approach. I can then take pictures / measurements of the trimmed ducts and you can adjust your model accordingly for future prints. Guess to get a good seal I would use foam strips where the ducts make contact with the nose panel.

Looks awesome TOM, I was able to get the stock one to fit with some trimming, I like yours better! I also added some intercooler sprayers
