Let see can help me , I buy a year ago my taycan and the Porsche dealer give one key instead two the dealer told me in two months I get my key every time I go they have excuses

I ran into a similar problem when I took delivery. I eventually bothered the service department enough for them to finally get me my second key during one of the recall visits.
I even put that I’m missing a key as part of the service request notes so it is noted in their systems.
