Let see can help me , I buy a year ago my taycan and the Porsche dealer give one key instead two the dealer told me in two months I get my key every time I go they have excuses

Try calling Porsche directly at +1-800-767-7243.

You should also have Porsche's contact info in your owner's manuals and booklets.

I ran into a similar problem when I took delivery. I eventually bothered the service department enough for them to finally get me my second key during one of the recall visits.

I even put that I’m missing a key as part of the service request notes so it is noted in their systems.

Took me almost a full year to get my 2nd key for my ‘21 Taycan CT. However, our ‘22 MBZ e450 wagon was delivered with both keys at delivery.

I have a 911. I ordered it in July '21, and finally got it in Jan '23. I guess it took them a year and a half to make the second key.

Hopefully this is no longer an issue. I received my Taycan in April 2023 with 2 keys
