Sorry about that, but as I said, I would have be very surprised if it held up. I'm sure it wouldn't matter, but I'd also note it was printed flat on its back, so it came apart between layers and didn't really benefit from the strength of the material used. Think of a deck of cards: you could make each card out of hardened steel, but it's still easy to cut the deck. But that's academic really -- as I don't think any plastic would survive that front bolt. :(

Be sure to install the screws in the timing belt tool, or the tab that goes behind the belt will snap off just the same.

As promised, albeit a bit longer in time than I planned, here's pix of the old & new water pumps. Notice the larger roller and the guard rail on the new one! I also included a pix of my home made balance sprocket removal tool which consists of a hunk of steel approx. 2" wide with a 1" hole drilled for a socket and two 1/4" x 1" size 20 hex bolts as holding mechanisms. I wasn't sure about a 3D printed one so made it myself and it worked great! Now am putting the belts back on and will use the 3D printed Tensioner tool for the Balance shaft belt! Is there a similar tool for the timing belt?

Oops, got my belt names mixed up. I guess the 3D tool is for the timing belt. So now wondering whether there's a similar tool for tightening the Balance Shaft Belt. Thanks.

Very nice! Your balance shaft pin wrench is great. We have a 3D printable version of that wrench that uses the same basic idea. I used slightly smaller bolts so they would also slide into the spring tensioners on later cars, but otherwise same idea in a plastic base. As for a balance shaft tensioning tool, it's on my list for sure -- to fill out the suite of 3D-printable belt tools -- I just haven't done it yet. Balance shaft belt should feel noticeably looser than the timing belt. The balance shaft will start to whine just a little bit as you get to the upper half of the factory spec, so if you tension it to feel loose and then just barely whine, you're probably within spec. Noticeable whining means it's too tight, and no whining at all means it's in the lower half of the range -- or too low.
