Yellow bought a few bankrupt carriers twenty some years ago. CEO thought he could have a low cost, less than truckload company AND still have the teamsters union. And that somehow really worked out, huh.....

But this company has issues with English as a second or third language, or Canadian English, or Indian English. Apparently delivered and shipped mean the same thing. Now two weeks "late", depending on what version/country of origin english is being used. Then to make things even more fun for me, they shipped the cabinets using Yellow freight. Good thing the cabinets weren't mission critical. They have been near Tampa since Tuesday. When I call they don't have a clue when they can drive them across the state. Look for the union label and dumbass management. Given a choice, I won't use either of these companies again.

Hopefully they get their act together and everything resolves quickly for you.

Unfortunately, horrid service is the norm across too many industries and companies these days. It's a situation that can be encountered anywhere. Too many don't seem to care.

Fortunately, there are excellent organizations too, it just takes more diligence and a bit of luck to make sure you find one. I do think that there is a growing realization by many orgs that customers need to be put back as their most important asset. I hope so anyway!

Maybe the current generations enjoy bad customer service experiences. Who knows....

I have "New Age" cabinets. I had no issues on ordering or delivery. The one hic-cup was that the wheels for the one cabinet were back-ordered for a while. They did show up though.

Here are a few pictures of my garage.

What do you think of the lights? I looked at them but decided to go with straight LED fixtures.

The lights are nice, easy to install. They are very bright though.
