It's listed as Shark Blue if you look on the configurator. (Edit -- see configurator screenshot below.) Also, look under "additional details" in the shot Mitch posted -- says embroidered in "Shark Blue" stitching.Crazy Eddie wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 2:07 pm

Yep, I think we’re all on the same page now. Shark Blue stitching with buckets. I have attached a press release above from Porsche on the new form fitting seats which are now showing up on the configurator. Note the venting. Ed, once I get the car out of the detail shop, I’ll take a look at maybe using your inserts in Shark Blue. The deviated stitching looks great, but it is very subtle in my opinion, and perhaps a splash of Shark Blue on the seats might provide more pop.

Hi Guys. The Panda is in the shop getting PPF installed. It was a great opportunity to see the underside of the 992 with new aero and suspension tidbits. Thought you guys might enjoy. Mitch

Love those picture Mitch -- thanks for posting. Not sure if you saw this video I posted a while ago, but interesting to compare the Turbo and the GT3 -- quite a bit different really....
Great video Tom, and beautiful car!!! I’ve never seen the video before, so thanks for posting. Can’t deny the family resemblance, but there are distinct differences, as you mention. I never processed that I couldn’t see the engine sump on the GT3, until seeing your video. That elaborate diffuser covers up everything behind the rear axle. Also they’ve put on a bunch of cooling ducts for the brakes. That extra drag is probably why I can only go 197mph picking the grandkids up from school, and you get to go 205mph

Is the oil pan plastic on the GT3, like my car?Mitch wrote: Thu Nov 18, 2021 7:21 pm Great video Tom, and beautiful car!!! I’ve never seen the video before, so thanks for posting. Hi Tom. No idea on what the oil pan is made of, because you can’t see it. But my hunch is it’s the same material as your Turbo S. When I get to see the sump with the diffuser removed, I’ll let you know. Mitch
Hi Tom. I was looking the other night at exhaust options for the GT3. Here’s the answer to your question on whether the sump on a GT3 is plastic. This picture (not my car) is a 992 GT3 with the diffuser removed. There is not a plastic pan, and as I think about it further the GT3 has a dry sump, whereas I believe the Turbo is a conventional sump with a pan. This led me down a lot of paths, but I think that’s the answer to the question. Mitch

D'oh! Dry sump of course. My car has an "integrated dry sump," which as best I can tell is like saying your room on the Titanic is an "integrated lifeboat."
