@Tom Yes cluster is the same and I think the same as you and we would need a mirror image of it, as I am thinking the gap would be near the centre of car on ours too. Unfortunately my car is n't here to check anything as at the dyno we found the lifters had an issue, so its gone back to mechanic to get head taken off and repaired

Tom, I appreciate all you are doing to perfect this mod and no need to apologize for any delay. I look forward to receiving my kit "whenever" you finish them. Family first! Thanks, Bruce

Yes. Will post in the next day or two. Getting very close. Apologies to those I had communicated with about beta testing, but didn't want to send any out until I was feeling great about them. :)

Very much still working on this -- mostly the lighting. I'll share details this week, but it's based on a different approach and has some cool features.... 8-)

Pictures look the same, but I've addressed some issues with the LED kit and am getting very close to releasing these. Should be this week. Will take me a while to make each set, and pricing still TBD, but I'm planning to release the Gauge kit with the anti-reflective lens and LED kit as a package. If there is sufficient interest, I mayl post the STLs for the gauges for those who want to print their own and use normal acrylic lenses without the LED kit, etc.

Love it. Any way to make the rings in metal? And is there a “softer” light temperature LED, such as a 2700-ish kelvin, that can be used?

The gauge rings are 3D-printed in a low-sheen ASA plastic. Once I finish this kit, I still plan to work on a more Singer-like gauge set, which would need metal to look the part. Machining them is a possibility, but I fear the price would get out of hand fast. Looking at the possibility of metal plating the plastic. As for the lights, the LED's in the pictures are 6000k, so very white, and set to max brightness. I have to say in person it looks great to my eyes. I can also use 3000k LED's for a more vintage feel -- will try to get some pictures of that too. Although the factory dimmer 'works' with the LEDs, it does not offer a very big range of adjustment, so I added a hidden trim pot that allows you set the base level of brightness wherever you want, which can then be turned up or down with the factory dimmer.
