It does appear 4900 members is super likely for the end of 2023 with only 39 new members to go. Reaching 5000 in January is a given in my estimation and regardless of the number do spread the word during 2024 with your friends. This is an enjoyable place to go for help and to discuss your Porsche Passion with others without judgement. It's all about the car, so nice to find a spot where the true focus is the real focus!

Going to be close - need an average of around 7 new members per day starting today. A lot of us know Porsche owners who aren’t members. I emailed four of my Porsche owners acquaintances / friends and they all joined.

Really great to see all the interest in growing and hitting these milestones. I've sincerely believed from the start that Carpokes needs to be a forum built by and for the Porsche community. I can run ads and promote like crazy, but ultimately it's up to every Carpokean to help build the internet's best and most civil Porsche forum.

People generally go to the big forums, and join the big facebook groups, because of all the other people who are there, not because they have great founders

I sometimes think that fact gets lost on those who run other sites/groups.

Anywho, that's just my way of saying thank you to everyone who has joined to date, and for all these efforts to help us keep growing.

Tell you what, to help with your efforts, I'll make up to 10 freebies available for any existing Carpokean who gets a newcomer to join by year end. You can choose between a mode dial cover (in red or yellow), a set of license plate mounts (either style), a Carpokes baseball cap, or a 3D-Printed 944 timing belt tension tool. To qualify, just get a new member to join, post a picture of their Porsche, and say you referred them. You can take the freebie yourself, or have me send it to the new Carpokean, your choice.
