Hello everyone on the forum.
Name: Marc Ceaser
Location: Vancouver, BC
Current fun car: '07 997 C2 Cobalt Blue
Occupation: Work for a large automotive manufacturer (Not Porsche).
I've owned three Porsches. My first was a 1970 911E -- the car I thought I had always wanted and wish I hadn't sold it. I've heard it's for sale again on Long Island (Southhampton - It is listed on Hemmings). Considered buying it back but the main reason for letting it go the fist time has only been exacerbated with prices more than doubling since I last owned it.
Was hooked on Porsche's when: I first read about Ruff's Yellowbird hitting 211mph. I have always preferred what is accomplished with smaller, lighter and narrower cars vs heavier yet more powerful.

I have been in tool distribution business most of my life.
Always loved cars and anything with a motor. Our (my wife’s) first Porsche is a 2017 Macan GTS bought new. A dream of mine has been to own a 911, and currently have a 911 4 GTS on order in Chalk well specked (probably too well) which I am told will deliver in April/May. Excited and looking forward actually driving it.
I am looking to find out other websites and Porsche clubs as places to meet/talk/test with other like minded car lovers. Open to suggestions and looking forward to getting to know some of you on this site.
Cheers and to health and happiness in 2022!

Welcome to the forum. My name is Larry. I live in Los Angeles and have a 2022 Cayman GTS, also specked probably too well in GT Silver with a black leather interior and chalk stitching. Check out the snap on sport chrono bezel thread. They are available in virtually any color. They look like OEM options and can dress up your car’s interior.
Happy New Year!

Thanks for the welcome. GT sliver was my alternate choice (still could be until January 7th). I did the same interior and added a little color with guards red in the seat belts, tach and clock along with a couple matte carbon fibre options. Do you have yours already or still waiting?
I will check out the chrono bezel too.

Welcome, I am also new here and sounds like the car you have is the one I have in order. I have until January 7 for final changes and am curious if you can share what options you went with?Fsstlap wrote: Wed Dec 29, 2021 11:06 pm Hey everyone ,
