Looking good and thanks for the great feedback! Every time I see a car with sheet metal screws in the bumper, I still can't believe Porsche thought that was an ok idea....

For prosperity, in case unclear to future license plate mount shoppers, those are the mounts for the 991/981/992, which have a grove on the underside to straddle those ridges on the bumper. The 718 uses the L-shaped mounts that are flat on the bottom and designed to reach into the 4 corners. :thumbup:

A bit of an off label benefit of the plate mounts—they're great for providing extra space for the OMP Clubsport tow strap:

Just an added bonus so you don’t have to fuss with removing the plate, installing the strap, etc. every track day.

Fantastic , well that settles it , I need to get these as I was wondering about the rear tow strap and having to install constantly because one can't drill a hole through a plate. I figured it would be a constant issue and this absolutely settles the issue. Thanks for posting, problem solved!

Do GTS 4.0 Cayman's not have the hole behind the plate for Porsche's threaded toe-eye? How about the front bumper tow-eye hole?
