Place each photo one at a time starting with the order you want which will help keep them in desired order. That really helps when posting multiple images. Also, I'll usually 3-space between each link to give a bit of room between pics.sleon67 wrote: Thu May 23, 2024 3:45 pm No idea why Carpokes moved all the pix out of sequence. Apologies.
Videos can be posted using YouTube embedded links from your (or someone's) YouTube channel. If you have a Google account, setting up your own channel at YouTube is fairly straightforward.
Let us know if the above works for you.

I also have a hard time with the picture order and now do like Tim said and put one at a time, check the preview. I have had no luck editing the picture number to influence the sort. Post and edit is my friend!sleon67 wrote: Thu May 23, 2024 3:45 pm No idea why Carpokes moved all the pix out of sequence. Apologies.

There are long threads on the 718forum that cover lots of details as well as various approaches. To bypass that and do the easiest install (if you're in the USA), see the key details and link in post#1 of this thread
https://www.718forum.com/threads/diy-up ... ost-400727
In short:
1) download MHI2_US_POG11_K5186_1_MU1476_AIO_220220723
2) extract all files to root of a freshly formatted full-size SD card
3) engine off, key on, put SD card in left slot
4) wait
5) a few clean-up clicks

I'm not much of a photographerCrazy Eddie wrote: Thu May 23, 2024 10:11 am What’s funny about that picture is it doesn’t really depict how beautiful that graphite blue leather is it almost looks black in the picture…

I had exactly the same thought....just not sure what else remains, since we effectively optioned all the leather and deviated stitching on the Porsche Roberator.71eh wrote: Thu May 23, 2024 11:59 am @Treemagnet ... not sure if you thought the same as me, but when I got mine finished by @Crazy Eddie my first thought was...."Hmm, what else can I get this guy to do"![]()

Great job!sleon67 wrote: Thu May 23, 2024 3:40 pm part 2. My first mod.
Moving to the intake grilles ...
RGS includes a coozie. Hope that's spelled correctly.
The RGS grilles are curved or folded up at the edges. After test fitting, I decided that the folded/curved area needed to point to the nose of the car, so that it would tuck into the back of the Porsche intake. It's NOT a tight fit. The grille will slide around as you try to mount it. You need a pick tool to help hold it in position. Pick tool will be part of a photo below.
I started with the driver's side. Every video says to tape the paint and body work. I did. Glad I did. This job requires trim removal tools, prying, and force. And you don't get to hear the snap as the intake release unless you force that intake out by brute muscle, with pry bars holding the intake free of the bodywork.
Driver's side grille installed.
There are clips at the back of the intake. Don't pry these. Instead, there are three clips at the front side of the intake. This is where you take several deep breaths, use multiple layers of tape to protect the paint.
Two of three trim removal tools I used in position. Third in my hand. Hooked pick tool below the car.
Passenger side done.
I've got a short video of removing the driver's side intake, but can't figure out what format Carpokes needs.
I hope the pix show up in the correct sequence ...
I Installed these on our departed BS and current BGTS. Absolutely love the look. The functionality is a must IMHO and how it should have been originally designed by Porsche.
