I just joined today, July 8, 2024. This is my first of many posts (primarily concerning my 992). Plan on using the site a lot after fleeing Rennlist and 992 forum (too stuffy).
Would it be possible to get a red and a white mode dial cover? I'm not clear on the whole process-cost? I am willing to pay.
I have a 2023 Macan S and a 2023 911 Turbo S (992).
Also, are other colors available?

Cheers.

Welcome aboard Chris! You've come to the right place -- Carpokes was started by a 992 Turbo S owner who was fleeing rennlist! That place was amazing back when John D owned it, but those days are gone. :( Long live Carpokes!!! Happy to get you those mode dial covers. I can do other colors, but only after a 2-year feasibility study. 8-) 8-) Just kidding, I can do any color with a Porsche paint code, but if it's something I don't already have, I need to pass the cost of the paint on to the buyer. I do have quite a few of the popular colors though. See details in the Carpokes store linked above, or ping me on admin@carpokes.com Looking forward to having you on Carpokes!

Tom fitted me out with a mode dial in Mamba Green for my new 992 S. It looks great and the fit and function are perfect.

Does this mean your 992S is painted Mamba? We'd need to see that! I've only seen it on the Taycan. Is it PTS on a 992?

Now I'm confused! He posted pics not too long ago of his new 992 and it was Oak Green Metallic. Gorgeous car!

The exterior is Oak Green Metallic, a PTS color. I wanted deviated stitching on the Slate Gray / Chalk interior but Oak Green isn't one of the options. Mamba Green, however is pretty close, particularly if it's in a low-key accent role like stitching. The Mamba mode dial sits next to the Mamba stitching on the steering wheel and ... well have a look. It's a minor detail in the car that makes the interior a bit sharper to my driver's eye. Well matched, Tom!

Huge fan of the green deviated stitching… mode selector looks great!

Fantastic look! And yes, PTS gets tricky when considering certain interior options, deviated stitching and seat belts being the two primary stumbling blocks due to the stitching and belt color limitations, depending on the model.

You did great with yours!

As stated in the Carpokes store: "Mode Dial Covers are often made to order, and ship approximately 7 to 10 days after payment." In your case, I received payment Saturday morning, and was out of pre-painted covers in your size and color, so did a batch that day. I like to give the paint at least 4 days to cure, as paint defects can sometimes develop during the curing process. So I would expect to ship yours on Wednesday.

Here’s the deal. Just received my Guards Red Dial cover for my Chalk 4S. It’s simply the maximum enhancement for your interior regardless the cost that you can buy. Awesome!! All Carpokes should wear it with pride.
