How to do it?
In Safari, tap on the menu bar. Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.(If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.)

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "body swapping" but if you are trying to eliminate function checks, you are going to probably need a full-on Porsche PIWIS system. Even that may not be able to disable all the function checks. I'm almost positive that neither the Launch X431 or ThinkDiag products can do that.

I tried looking around the internet for a service out there that does programming like this but haven’t found anything. So I was hoping I could get in there and start poking around myself.

Je viens d'acquérir une 718 avec Pack Design. Je viens d'acheter un Launch 431 919 Ebt X.
J'ai voulu tester cette valise sur ma voiture sans trop d'expérience et j'ai du faire une mauvais manipulation.
Je n'ai plus de GPS, plus de son, Plus de Dab +, plus de caméra de recul et aides de parquage sur le 'écran. Par contre j'ai le son de aide de parquage.
J'ai été dans PCm, et instrument. Mon idée était d'activer Android auto que mon véhicule est dépourvu. Le PCm c'est étient 3 fois et depuis tout en panne Quelqu'un peut m'aider le top est prenant la main sur mon Launch. Un tout grand merci pur votre prochaine aide.

Basically I want to removed any warning messages about the lights since we’re no longer using the 718 headlights or tail lights. I’ll get a list of all the warning messages when I’m snapping pictures.

You can get rid of the messages in the cluster if you have the message ID. Some you can't clear like system check.
