@718socal It still looks like a train wreck but here she is! Long way to go yet. I got a set of dampening cancellation devices so we can put air ride on it and not get suspension messages.
So now it’s just going to be getting rid of all the messages for the headlights and tail lights.

Luv it! Very cool and an Awesome build. I can see your vision.
Flaring the rear only?
I hope you flare both like the current wide body speedsters

This would be a great candidate for its own thread, especially if you have more pics and info from when the project started. Since it is Cayman derived, it would fit in this Boxsters/Cayman sub or in All Things Porsche or even in The O.K. Corral sub.
Several have done running projects like this on Carpokes - all very cool. A couple of examples:

Looks like a cool project. Is that a 718 shell? I love seeing those builds.ConquerCustom wrote: Fri Apr 18, 2025 4:44 pm @718socal It still looks like a train wreck but here she is! 718 was chopped down to nothing. The 356 was chopped into pieces and stretched out over the 718. Now we’re filling in the gaps and reshaping things a bit. I’ll start a new thread with it and hopefully we can get some help on the message deletes in the programming.718socal wrote: Fri Apr 18, 2025 5:36 pmLooks like a cool project. Is that a 718 shell? Bringing the subject back on topic! 718 SOCAL, is there a 'definitive' list of what options can be changed on the 718?
I hill climb my GT4RS and want to reduce the time delay that occurs in deactivating the ESC/TC or just TC (I have good reasons!). I have a PIWIS 4 but am not yet ready to start delving into my car without a bit of guidance!

There is a series on YouTube where a team took a cosmetically damaged 718 boxter and a 356 shell and are putting the two together. Is this the same or a different one?
