I have 968 door panels, which look 'ok' in the original vinyl/plastic, but have been thinking I need to do them in black leather with red stitching to match the rest of the interior... Your pics are inspiring me to get it done. :)
DITTO! Alcantara on the doors looks great!

I aspire to do the same thing to my 1986 Turbo (wheel and tire size). Can you elaborate on the specs of the rear wheels you selected? Any spacers required? And fender rolling?

Thanks,

Thank you, it’s been a 20+ year search. They are factory 16x9 930 Fuchs in the rear and factory 951 16x8 Fuchs in the front. They fit without any modifications or spacers, my understanding is that this is same setup they ran on the ‘86 turbo cup cars.

Saw your note on 968 door panels. I have a Midnight Blue/Dove Gray interior in my 968. Here is a picture for more things to consider.

Thanks for the info. Looks great! I hope it doesn't take 20 years to fulfill this goal!

Thanks Rob and Tim. I really enjoy it.
In keeping with the theme of the thread, here is a picture of my turbos. The second picture is of both cars with the 968 on the right in the garage. The first is of my running turbo after a weekend of major paint detailing.
