How to do it?
In Safari, tap on the menu bar. Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.(If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.)
Someone like 3-4 years ago said to me "Porsche is the only car that sounds absolutely broken on cold starts"
With the "diesel like" ignition on startup to warm up the catalytic converter, the direct injectors, the variable timing on exhaust and intake, it was so noisy the other day I recorded it. I switched to 0w40 for the last oil change and I'm seeing a benefit on gas mileage after 4K miles, but I am noticing more valvetrain noise (specifically on the pass side).
The plot thickens - This is worrisome: P000B and P0014 was stored in the computer. It's Bank 1, which is the same "louder" right hand side. I have ordered new cam sensors and a solenoid. AND and oil report for my latest 5K mile change.

Oil report back and nothing is showing any wear - AND the wear rate dropped from when I was running Motul 5W40.

I went on a pretty long 300 mile road trip and a couple of canyon drives and the code has not returned.
I plan to swap out the sensor and the solenoid for bank 1 "the next time I'm in there" ** the Manganese was from fuel additives for track days
The Pennzoil Synthetic is made from natural gas and the claim of running cleaner would seem to get an endorsement from your test. I sold vehicles for over 30 years and there are so many cars/trucks that rattle or sound noisy at start up I would definitely note it is not just a Porsche concern as you mention. In almost all cases it is just normal and once warmed up things are fine. That said you have codes so that is always something, imho, that should be checked/diagnosed by a Dealer.

Unfortunately my local dealer is incompetent, owned by a giant AutoGroup, and runs a skeleton crew of underpaid 20-year-olds. Luckily I have several independent Porsche shops that support PCA and POC racers close to me if something I diagnose gets out of hand.
Update: I did some more investigation of the codes and it brings up two possibilities:
Camshaft Adjuster Solenoid - Part #: 0PB-109-259-C-M36
Camshaft Position Sensor - BOSCH 94660610600
The Solenoid was under $50 and the Bosch sensors are cheap.
Some of the track day guys report that the cam sensor gets absolutely cooked by the turbo exhaust and I can see that. It's located just below the coil packs on the passenger side bank 1.

I started by replacing the sensor and I haven't had the code or "extra" noise on cold starts for a month + now.
If I have to replace the solenoid, it's very similar to the location of the water pump (just above it to the left). Not great, but totally doable with quick-jacks and time.
