My 2014 911 4S cabriolet quarter windows won't retract when the top goes down or by using the door switch. Is there any way to fix them or do I have to take it to the dealer?

There are several fuses. 1, 10, 7 & 4.

I'd start with seeing if there's power at the fuses. Use a volt meter on the face of the fuses. There are two little exposed areas on the face of a fuse where you can hold a voltmeter probe (the other end against a ground point). If you see 12v on both tips then the fuse is good. If you only see power on one of the spots then the fuse is blown. Which could have happened for any number of reasons, not just something gone bad. You could also remove a fuse and inspect it visually, though it's possible for a fuse to fail without a really clear indication. You could also use a voltmeter to check it's continuity,

Replace any dead fuses with one of the same value and see if the problem goes away.

It would seem unlikely that both control modules would be bad. I don't have a Cabrio, but I'd also wonder what sensors might be involved that prevent operating the rear windows if the top isn't in the correct state.
