Sonar ping through radio 2014 CS

Hey guys, I have this problem with my 2014 Porsche Cayenne S I have about 160,000 miles on it. Got it from a dealership in San Diego CPO at 87,000 miles on it so when I grab my car, I have a ping ping through radio. The car at the dealership was scheduled wheel repair and can ask them to take a look at it. He say they couldn’t figure this out simple because the service mechanic would not take car out to drive to hear the sound. Has anyone else ever had this sound on the radio, that way brand new head unit installed by Dealership about two years ago. Thanks guys, be safe out there.
