Hello,

I am Mark. I am on Porsche #6 and #7. #6 is a 1986 930 Turbo that was converted into a Slant Nose by RUF North America in 1986. I did a major overhaul in 2023/2024 to make it into a RUF BTR Clone. It has everything but the 5 speed. I bought it in 2011. #7 is a 2004 Cayenne S for my Dailey Driver. Just turned 199,000 miles. I got it back in 2017 and I still need to find a pic of the Cayenne. I have always had air cooled Porsches. My Ensign Mobile in 1986 when I got commissioned into the navy was a 1974 Light Yellow 911. I wish I still had that one! Looking forward to chatting up Porsches with the crowd.

Gorgeous car pictured in an ideal setting - I love the 930 and the color too!

Welcome to Carpokes Mark!

PS - the blue roadster in the background is also intriguing ...

That picture was in NOV of 2011, I think. It was a car show at the Sawgrass clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Fl. As I recall, I blew up the alternator on the way home.
