I’ve received two emails from Porsche that parts I’ve been waiting for to complete some of my open campaigns are now available at my dealer and I should call them to make an appointment for installation. After discussing this with my SA I’m told that the one Taycan tech they have on staff has evidently has been out for a week or so and they have to reschedule my initial date. I’ve already been told that they don’t have any loaner cars available so I’m on my own for transportation.

I’m not going to be happy if I drop off my car, rent a vehicle for a day or so and then pick up my car only to be told that they, again, don’t have the parts available.

I don’t get this whole communication chain that Porsche has setup; they email you to advise you of purportedly available parts, I call the dealer to make an appointment on their direction but they (the dealer) can’t confirm that the parts are in stock.

Sorry about that. If you talk to their service manager and he/she is still not able/willing to confirm if they have the parts (or will have them by the time of your appointment) -- then honestly I'd look for a new dealer. Just last week I scheduled an appt for an oil change (relic dino-fueled 992) and for an airbag sensor recall. The call center person assured me that "Porsche has all the parts" but was hazy on whether they could do both in the same day. A few hours later, the service manager called to say he needed to order the sensor and rescheduled the appointment so that they could do it all the same day. He also offered an Uber voucher since he didn't have a loaner that day.

I think the update reset what the system "learned" about my driving, so I'm waiting to see what it does here in the short term after driving a bit. Haven't really gone anywhere lately, but going on a road trip next week so will see how it does.
Since the update i have driven ~200 miles and have seen my miles/kwh increased from 2.6 to 3.1. I am pleasantly surprised to see this increase considering all else being the same ie my driving habits, temp setting etc. anyone else seen an increase?

Well again I'm flummoxed by this whole communication chain with PNA. I dropped off my car yesterday for 2 of the 3 open campaigns to be resolved AND the replacement of the alarm sensor. Emails confirmed that my dealer purportedly had the parts to retrofit the items and after a phone call they gave me a service appointment two weeks in advance WITHOUT a loaner. Yesterday I drop off my car and pay for a rental so I can get into the office. At the end of the day I get a message from my SA that the *only* thing the dealer could accomplish was the replacement of the alarm sensor, the parts for my retrofits evidently still aren't available despite the fact that the emails sent specifically to me for my VIN instructed me that my dealer had the now had the parts necessary and directing me to call for an appointment.

Nearly six months after delivery and PNA (nor my dealer) still cant seem to get this right. What a colossal PITA
