Thank you! I have a dial off a wrecked car so am using that as the model and test-fitter for now, but there is nothing like real-world feedback. I've been make itty-bitty changes here and there (like .05mm changes) to make it fit as nicely as possible -- not so loose it will come off in normal use, and not so tight you can't pop it off fairly easily. I learned my lesson with one of the 992 tach bezels I made. I added a little clip-ridge to the base so that it would click into place. It worked like a champ with a very satisfying click when you pushed it on, but it was literally impossible to get off. I had to carefully break it off. It's always something....

I'm printing version 12 now. Versions 7 and 9 were probably more than good enough but I have a slight perfectionism problem.Larry C wrote: Sun May 22, 2022 5:34 pmI have my Ring camera pointed at my mailbox.Tom wrote: Sun May 22, 2022 4:41 pmThank you! I think version 13 is the keeper. I had the fit right on v12, but the paint was pooling and crinkling on the top surface. I recontoured that (and make it look a bit less bulky in the process) and now the paint goes on smooth as glass.
Please PM me with your address and color choice and I'll be sending some out next week. You're all beta testers until I get some real world feedback.
