Looks like brake fluid, cabin air filters and checking the consumables. Maybe wipers and fluid too? I wouldn't think they could/should charge you for re-programming whatever needs reprogramming. I'll guess $629, since it's a Porsche dealer and all. Let us know when you find out.

The $419 was the labor charge for the 2 year service (it consists of a list of inspections and the cabin filter replacement). There is a separate $209 labor charge for the brake fluid flush.
