Sent a red cover off to @rasetsu this afternoon, and updated the list in the first post. If you are waiting for a cover, see my comment in the first post. :)

Wow! I'd argue our cover looks as good, without all the surgery needed to install a whole new switch/knob....! Maybe we should sell the Carpokes version for $401. :shifty:  :wtf:

@Tom great find. I’m guessing the vendor is buying the entire assembly from Porsche. He / she is then painting the actual drive mode knob. Note, the price is actually $400 plus $10 shipping and sales tax, if applicable. If the purchaser gets tired of the color, they need to spend another $400+🤯

I’ll stick with the less costly plug and play version, thank you.🤙🏻

That's what it looks like in the add, complete with pictures on how to remove and replace the knob/switch assembly. At the risk of sounding catty, it also looks like they don't know the knob comes off and instead are trying to mask off the center and paint the knob while it is still on the switch. See what appear to be masking marks in the blow-up below. As @Bob Z pointed out, the knob will pop off with a little force. I get that lots of new car owners may be worried about doing that, hence the Carpokes cover. But it seems like the rational options are either 1) the Carpokes cover, or 2) pop the knob off, hit it with a $5 can of paint, and pop it back on. I hate knocking people who are trying to come up with options for Porsche owners, but this one just seems poorly thought out and poorly executed. I feel bad for anyone who pays $400... And the off-center dot in the middle is the icing on the cake.

I agree! I opted to pop the knob off of course, and the center dot can be made out of vinyl, such as I did, or buy the dot from Suncoast! I had mine made since I wanted it to match the color of the knob (Miami Blue) on my last P-car.

You guys with PDK can use rhe red dot, use manual guys won't have one and so you can tell at a glance if the driver is a DIY-er or not. 😄 BTW, I saw the green one you made, I'm thinking I might need one to compliment my AGM exterior.
