'21 GT4 key on the left and '22 Turbo S on the right. Interestingly, the '19 Cayenne Turbo also has the preferred newer style key.
My '21 Turbo S key is like yours on the right.

This one is chased down, 2023 718s still have the key with the little “tail”. Cross referenced elsewhere as well.
