Tom wrote: Tue Feb 13, 2024 1:25 pm I was talking to him a year or two ago about buying him out -- just to keep popular stuff alive -- but there were a few administrative issues that complicated things and he opted just to keep going. I was surprised to see the site shut down too. I have an old reseal kit of his and am thinking it might be worthwhile to replicate it. None of the parts are all that hard to find, thanks to McMaster, but if you had to buy them individually the costs gets out of hand fast (especially since some come in bags of 20, etc.)... Maybe pinging him here will get his attention @52Megahertz
Do you happen to have the instructions that came with the kit? If so, maybe scanning and posting up for those that try to put together a kit?

2nd copy.

I purchased the kit twice.

Both copies slightly different info on them so read both.

This is great! Thanks everyone! So since I don't have a venturi anymore and my TPS and air valve are only 6 months old, it seems as though all I need are:

1) Instructions attached in this thread
2) TB to IM o-ring (INSERT SIZE)
3) TB Shaft o-rings: (3) 2mm thick x 8mm diameter

Does that sound right?

You are correct.

You may also need the big oring that goes between the throttle body and the intake.

That’s only if yours is in poor condition

Yep - that is #2 in my previous post (throttle body to intake manifold). I don't know the size, but they are for sale at 944online and some other retailers.
