I just installed one with the old Arnnworx tool, and I think it translate pretty well to a printed design. I'll grab it from the garage this week and give it a modeling.
Otherwise, and I think the seal's a bit big for this...but here's an OpenSCAD "design" knocked vaguely off the Flyin' Miata seal installation tools
Has anyone attempted to create a 3D printed rear main seal installation tool?

OK, attached is a rough duplicate of the Arnnworx tool. It seems to match up with mine. You should print it probably near 100% infill, you can move it below 0 Z (or just slice it) such that the body is thinner to save print time, but I left plenty of meat for strength regardless of material used.
The included hardware is 3x 1.825" studs of 10x1.25mm and some nuts. You can probably make do with some bolts, or bolts + nuts.
edit: slightly enlarged the center for some extra clearance.
