I was excited when I found that one, and even more pleased with how closely it matches. Makes me happy every time I connect my phone.

Our original plan was Bordeaux Red leather interior — I had a red leather interior Alfa Romeo Giulia that we absolutely loved. We wouldn’t have picked the Race-Tex and carbon fiber that’s in the GTS interior if we had our say, but it was one of only ~3 options that differed from our ideal order in this vehicle that was available immediately.

The Race-Tex is really comfortable. I certainly worry about how it’ll wear with time, but I’m enjoying it for now!

I’ll make that happen when I have a chance.

This is my 2018 base Cayman with full leather, alcantara steering wheel, gear shift and arm rest, plus sport tex seats. I've never seen another base with this GTS cockpit. The carbon fiber trim was imported from my 981 before I sold it.

Better hold on to your Cayman forever. So sad that these are the last ICE versions of this great platform that's done after the 2024 model year. Very sad.
