Still a test mule but those flaps are likely production. You can see that they are hinged vertically. This also appears to be the Sport Design package with the Aero Kit spoiler. Current Sport Design deletes the standard horizontally hinged flaps so it looks like there's a Porsche engineer who's obsessed with active radiator grill flaps when screens would be more effective and cheaper. Or it's some cold start engine warm up emissions regulation that they are trying to meet.
