@ROB III Do you also have the black on burgundy 951? I haven't met anyone else with this color combo yet. When it comes time to repaint the car I am split between going gloss black again or doing a Black Cherry Pearlessence similar to this with a stronger black presence.

Mine is satinschwarz metallic, Y9Y....satin black.
Something to keep in mind with pearlescence is repair....my understanding is any minor repair can be a nightmare due to matching original paint pearl effect. I ended up repainting mine a couple years ago after close inspection and issues with the clear plastic chip guard pieces that DID NOT want to come off cleanly and subsequent damage to original paint.

Thank you for sharing that wisdom. I have never had a pearlescent car before so its little things like this that will help with my decision. Your are right though, that would make every dent and ding stand out. Thanks for the heads-up!
