10/31 Arrived. No postmark so no idea when it was actually mailed.
Here's hoping that mail-in election ballots are getting slightly better treatment.

20 miles North of Omaha, Nebraska, mine arrived on Monday the 28th , also. So far all have arrived in pristine condition since my first copy in 2023 - it looked like it went under a lawn mower!
