My kit came from Larts Parts on eBay if I remember correctly. I suspect the various kits work really similarly though. The LR instructions ought to point you in the right direction.
I did mine in a hotel parking lot some 1000 miles from home with only the road trip tools I had packed. (Basic wrenches and sockets and such.)
Mine involved cutting the hard lines with a tube cutter (that came with the kit I bought, but any small diameter tube cutter from the hardware store will work). Then installing the compression fittings and routing the new flex lines in a pleasing way.
