For repair, there is Jose Cacaro on the east coast (Boston?) who has worked out a system to refurbish hatches and repair delamination. Here's a screenshot of his FB page.

Thanks. The sunroof leak has been fixed by replacing the seal around the roof of the car.
The hatch leak has been fixed by opening up the drain holes and also using 3M weatherstripping adhesive to stick the rubber seal back to the body. It had pulled away right under the drain hole and water was getting behind it. I applied a bit of adhesive and now water drains past it correctly.

This is a close-up of the area, is this hole supposed to be here?

Those holes are for water to drain. Looks like yours are full of junk. Whenever I wash my car, I stick a wire or something through there both from the bottom and top to make sure it's cleaned out. If water is pooling on the spoiler that might be why it's leaking. If it can drain out, it might not get inside.
This. I had water leaking into my hatch carpet from the spoiler area and it was because the drain holes were blocked. Easy fix with a coat hanger or the like. Hope this works for you.
I use a zip tie as its less likely to scratch something, but have also used tongue depressors or ice block sticks in the past.

Yes we should! I have chatted with him on FB a little. Last I heard he was trying to figure out a secure way to ship. Seems he is our only hope for a properly repaired hatch. If there was a group buy, I'm in

And I thought fixing hatch delamination was a mandatory requirement to 944 ownership! Glad to see someone is willing to fix these.
For now, after having done this job already, I’ll just leave my struts disconnected and rely on an assistant to load the groceries while I work on my biceps.
