How to do it?
In Safari, tap on the menu bar. Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.(If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.)

Also this. M116 and M117 also break chains a lot on top of that.
Indeed. That's why I changed mine on the 450SL. Kind of a nerve-racking process too, as the chain gets drawn into a black hole while you turn it in... Once out, the old one was clearly longer than the new one.
