Very clean! Is that a rolled top edge I see?
Yup, I gave the edge that mounts to the coolant tube a roll over to try and double up the strength.
Didn't want to spam too many photos in my original post.

It is aluminum so I hope it can hold up to a bit of abuse.
Looks really nice! I didn’t bother with folding it over and it’s plenty strong for the job, so I think you’ll be happy with yours

Wouldn't heat shields of this design also concentrate the heat on the passenger side motor mount?

Probably. I’d much rather replace that mount than have another fire, though
