Wow! For a garage like that I'd say it was worth the wait. I'm extremely jealous.

@Jfort
Great garage Jeff! It's a super fine workspace and layout. Congrats on the project and getting it built before the inflation insanity took hold. And thanks for posting more photos and for posting on the Garage Thread as I suggested earlier. Much appreciated!
As for Findlay, OH where you live, I've passed back and forth on I-75 many times and I'll never forget one trip in particular from the winter of '69 on Christmas day traveling back home to Downriver, MI (Wyandotte) following a quick trip to Nashville for a family visit. Temps were in the low teens that morning following a Christmas Eve low of 4° as I rode with the crazy (literally) dude I barely knew who had offered to drive me down from Wyandotte in his sorta cosmetically souped up '63 Comet which was really just a rusted out Detroit POS car.
Well, his burgundy Comet broke down near Findlay and, being dumb teenagers, we were not dressed for the weather and were sitting on the side of the road thinking we were going to freeze to death. Finally walked to a house about a half mile away that we could see across a barren winter field. The home owners took pity on us and let us in (that wouldn't happen today!) so that we could phone back to Detroit to get someone to come pick us up. I don't remember for sure, but they must have let us stay in the warm while we waited the several hours for someone to drive down and collect us. What a crappy time that was but it ended up ok!
So many trips up and down I-75, yet that crappy and brutal day in Findlay is the one that I will never forget, even though some details have faded away. (It was a long time ago after all...)
Oh yeah, memories of Wapakoneta too - always loved stopping at the Neil Armstrong Air & Space museum built in his honor along I-75 to pay homage to one of my heroes.
And, in case you're wondering about how I remembered the actual temps on that cold December 25, 1969 Christmas Day 54 years ago, I just now looked them up!

1970 factory six. When I bought it 20 years ago it was advertised in San Diego as a 2.5L set up for auto crossing. I flared it with steel flairs. Later, when rebuilding the engine, we found out it was a 2.7 with an aluminum case. We twin sparked it with crank fired ignition, PMO's, hotter cam, etc. It scratches that air cooled itch when it screams.

Here's my latest wall art. It's a 3D printed contraption I made for a specific/functional purpose, but it started looking so Fisher-Price-Steampunk that I decided to store it on the wall as art. Bonus points for figuring out what it does....

I'll post a video of it in action soon, probably in a separate thread so as not to derail this one.
