I want my car.

It's a definite possibility. Sometimes takes a few days for TYD to update after ship actually departs Emden.
Looking at your shipping scehdule, it looks like the next shipping date is 4/15, I did not see a 4/8 shipping date. So I'm confused. Lol

The estimated dates in TYD are always the Friday of each week. Usually if something has changed then it gets updated at the end of the week to the actual date or the estimated date gets pushed to a future Friday.

The schedule that Hawk provided shows the actual scheduled dates for shipping which are usually pretty accurate.

Once your car is in Emden it’s that shipping schedule you’re at the mercy of.

If your boat is put on a ship then TYD is usually updated by the following Friday to show that.
Your SA can see if the car has been assigned to a ship before you can.

That is how my TYD formally functioned. For the past couple of weeks it has been updating on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Sometimes on multiple days in the same week. And, as of last Wednesday it now has my car scheduled on some new type of advanced propulsion RORO vessel. It is estimated to depart Emden on 05/20 and arrive in Jacksonville on 05/27. Just one week to cross the Atlantic. :wtf:

So I'm bummed out now. I just looked at the app, yes I am obsessed, and now it is saying that my delivery date is 5/27. Which it used to be 5/13. The on the vessel was 4/8 and now it is changed to 4/22. I wonder why all of the changes back? Especially when it has been waiting at the port for about a week now. I give up lol. I hope that the car didn't get damaged and now they need to repair, so that is why the change in delivery date?

I wouldn't worry Eric. I'm having the identical experience and my car has not even made it to production yet. A couple of weeks ago my SA shared with me that cars are being held in Emden for chips to be installed. Specifically, he mentioned a severe shortage of the Bose amp chip and less severe for the Burmeister amp. I believe that Porsche is doing it's best to deliver the car as we ordered it even if it takes a little longer to get delivered. After I saw your post I checked my app and it has not updated yet this week.

I went through this recently with my Taycan. It sat at the port for over a month (according to TYD). It was fine, no damage, no missing keys or features. Was perfect. I was told the delay at the time was due to staffing shortages at the port. Who knows.

I was checking all the time with the Taycan. I'm trying to not do it with the 911 but it's hard.

From what I'm seeing on other forums it looks like once the cars are built they're not sitting at the port for a long time at the moment.

My delivery date is currently showing as 5/27 and my On Vessel date is 4/22, same as you.
Last week my Production Complete date was 4/22.

Mine is heading to Chicago via Baltimore. Siem Confucius is supposed to be at Emden on 4/14 so hope to be put on that ship.

Thank you guys, I'm trying not to look at the app, as it is misleading. But it is hard not to look.

I also wanted to mention that with the loss of the Felicity Ace it appears that they are also juggling vessels and shipping schedules. I would not be concerned at all.

Mine is confirmed at Emden as of last nights update so we're both waiting there now.
