I'm actually pretty hooked on Amazon, but for stuff like this I always go to McMaster. They deliver next-day to my house, and you never need to worry about the quality. Amazon (affiliates) can be a gamble with no-name parts like this. Plenty of bargains, but also plenty of stuff that's cheap for a reason.

lol. Well, I'm looking at McMaster and there are about 200 different types of o-rings in that size. Oil resistant, chemical resistant, heat resistant, water and steam resistant. I wish they had one that just resisted them all!

Just to close the loop on this thread, I was able to swap out the o-rings for the throttle plate shaft this weekend. A few things to note:
1) Pay attention to the Arnworx instructions where it says to file down the sharp edges at the end of the throttle shaft. It will DEFINITELY shred your brand new o-rings when you try to press it back through. Ask me how I know....
2) I'm surprised there is no mention of using some sort of lubricant on the o-rings. I applied a little lube and it helped get the shaft back through without damaging anything. Keep your heads out of the gutter folks...
3) Reinstalled the throttle body back on the intake manifold. Performed smoke test and no more leak!
By the way - I HIGHLY recommend purchasing something like the following for easier detection of vacuum leaks. Just make sure the garage door is open as this stuff stinks.

I've exchanged a few emails with Bruce this week. He's fine and just happily retired, which was great to hear. He said he'd give me info to help assemble a throttle body reseal kit in his absence, so that just went on my very long to-do list.

So I've exchanged a few emails with Bruce. He says he did NOT sell the business, but simply retired to do other things in life. He was very open to letting us take over his old business, so I will explore that with him. The Throttle Body kit seems like a no-brainer, so I do plan to pull that together with his blessings. The timing belt tools are a labor of love, so I'll need to do a deep dive on what that would really take to do. I'm happy to invest in the tooling/parts, but I'm thinking I'll need to get help to assemble them, given my limited time, so if anyone is interested, just say the word.
