How to do it?

How thick should the abs be on the curved sides? I printed the bib and my version seemed thin, but used it anyway. Maybe I was a bit rough with it when using it for an oil change but it broke in several places during install.

It is thin -- if I recall there wasn't much room to make it thicker and it needed to be a little flexible to get in place. You need to slide it down one specific way and then turn it into place. Easy to break if you try to force it on. As my overly-dramatic video suggests, I was obsessed with getting it not to leak and may have been light on how to actually use it.
