Have also done this(not the nav in the dash though as no real point for me) 2022 GT4 ordered with no nav or carplay not has Nav and Android Auto, and carplay, and the other goodies. super easy install thanks to the MIB guys and the All-n-One installer they put together. I do still have to add a GPS antenna

I'd be happy to sell you the antenna I bought from Amazon but it was so cheap there's no point. $12 all in will get you one.

I have the same one already. Just haven't got around to installing it yet. Thanks though.

Yes it's a little bit of mystery for the GPS antenna. I have seen a couple 2017-18 Cayman with the GPS antenna installed and some without. All the MY2021 and 2022 GTS GT4 that I have worked on had the GPS antenna. It either comes with Carplay or Porsche Connect depending on your build.
For those interested, here is the link to download and flash your PCM to enable NAV, Carplay, Android Auto, Wi-Fi Hotspot, AUX, Track Precision App etc...

Please check your version of PCM and see if it's supported first.
NAV requires a GPS antenna
MAP in cluster TFT display requires an LVDS cable and PIWIS coding.

Last, make sure that you are using a battery charger connected to your car before attempting this.
@JetFuelOnly was trying to sort out the GPS antenna situation a while back. Not sure if he ever got to the bottom of it, but tagged him in case he can shed some light....

I think he ended up having a GPS antenna built in.
