NEW to Porsche in general. Recently(5mo ago) purchased an 89 944 S2 with 87k on the clock, Black with Linen interior. All in all great shape..needed some of the usual work done to it. I'm in the midst of doing some minor mods.
If anyone knows where I can get a set of
clear side markers for the front, please let me know. I've been hunting the leads down with no such luck. I'd be willing to pay good money and exchange my ambers as well if someone will part with theirs.
Anyways..Happy to see a great community helping others. It's what I'm use to being a long time VW guy.

Welcome aboard -- great looking cars and garage!!

New Member check-in:
Previously owned 356 B coupe (bachelor days), currently acquired (retirement days) a stunning '02 Targa with a veeery expensive roof rattle. Anyone have info on the repair clips offered by Porsche (prior to roof replacement) or optional fixes (other than taking out my hearing aids)?
I am not going to be much help on your quest but hopefully someone here will have some ideas. I'd also consider asking at the service dept of a Porsche dealer. If you're a PCA member, maybe someone in the club will be able to steer you in the right direction.
Meanwhile, enjoy your Targa and welcome to Carpokes!

Always envious of a garage with a lift and it looks like you have plenty of room for more automotive additions?!
Welcome and best of luck on your quest.

It does appear that they sell them but not sure if they ship to the US and they also seem to be out of stock. But I thank you for the lead and I'll email them and hopefully get a set soon.

I too am quite jealous of your garage set up, particularly the height.
Welcome to CARPOKES and Thank You for joining!

I'm a Midwestern US guy who recently retired from asphalt racetracks on two-wheels and picked up something which kinda fills that focus/adrenaline gap. Caught this URL from a 718forum post about the mode selector cover Tom prints out
Hoping the wife, someday, allows me to get back out onto the track with this beaut but in the meantime it will be driven year-round as a daily; winters included whenever I manage to find the wheel size which provides the best tire option range.
Glad to be here, been on forums for ~30 years and happy they are still around so I don't have to deal with FB

Couldn't agree more!

Welcome to Carpokes!
PS - Would be great to see pics of the 718 in Carmine Red! Easy and painless to post photos on Carpokes. Here's the PSA picture posting guide guide if needed:
