Welcome aboard Peter and thank you for the kind words. I was in High School when the 911SC came out and remember being in complete awe of that car. Later got an '85 Carrera and it was better than advertised. Sure wish I still had that one...

I'm late to the party, but very impressed with the quality of the website and the members questions and informative replies, glad the "flame-throwers" are left at the "door".

I've been a member of PCA since 1986, joined with a 1979 SC, casablanca beige metallic, cork interior. Became immediately involved with autocross which led me to instructing to Club Racing. I currently own a 1980 SC, Weissach edition.
Amen!! And welcome to Carpokes!

96993 and Porschenova,

Great to have you guys on here and Peter you are not that late to the party, this is still a pretty young site and you can always say you were one of the first 10,000 members!!! Mr. 96993 I will agree with Rob, nice garage and it reminded me that the car cover I ordered should be in real soon. I ordered it last week and had forgotten about it. Will have to go check with the Parts Dept. at Porsche Des Moines today to see if she arrived?

Just checking in after registering my account. Looking forward to browsing through the forum and interacting with all of you. I'm based out of Park City. So my 22 718CGTS4.0 is in winter storage already. I have a 21 Cayenne GTS, a 98 Toyota LC100 and a 26 Palisade Calligraphy V6 (just traded in my wife's 21 Telluride before it hit 100k miles).

Welcome aboard. I had to look up to see what the Palisade Calligraphy was -- looked Range Roveresque... Hyundai is really coming into its own these days!
