Picked up an all original Zermatt silver/Burgundy interior 86 951 with factory fuchs and LSD options for a special project.

I was moving cars around in the garage yesterday and the 944 was just screaming to have its picture taken. Call me biased, I am, but it really was an ageless design.

And the "phone dial" look is coming back on the MK8.5 GTI

I really like phone dials on 944s. The one I repaired and flipped a few years back (OMG, it was 9 years ago!) I pulled off Fuchs and put on phone dials. Just a better look all around.

Tom, your car is looking gorgeous as ever. I for one agree, still one of my favorite car designs of all time.

Yeah, for the longest time I thought the phone dials were just ok, and I still love the look of black fuchs on these cars, but I have to say as time goes on the phone dials are growing on me. Kind of like fashion that goes out of style and then comes back years later...

Hard to believe our cars will be 40 years old next year.

Went to a cruise in yesterday and met at a friend’s house with a great phot backdrop. My son took the picture below and also a few from the event with a real 924 Carrera GT.
