@Wonder
Barcelona is a beautiful city, wonderful food, friendly people.
I visited there about 15 years ago and still think about it all the time. There should be some great roads around there to exercise your 944!
Welcome to CARPOKES, lots of very knowledgeable 944 members, should you have any questions and thank you for joining.

@schauben
Nice color on your 911, and I'm guessing that's for special drives while the TWO Macan's are the DD units.
Glad you found us and thanks for joining!

Hello all,
Porsche owner/driver in the Ozarks (USA).
We have awesome mountain roads across the Ozarks and I like to drive them often with friends as well as on club drives and rallies. My choice of cars are set up for these roads and the area. I started with modern Porsches but have found the air-cooled Porsche a great car to bring to classic sport car drives. I have a well maintained '78 911 SC that looks stock but has been "stealth" upgraded. I also have a '16 981 Spyder which may be the perfect 6 speed modern Porsche for mountain driving (especially with the manual top down and sport exhaust on).

Gentlemen, I echo P Coastal's welcome to you two as well as JCviggen and nice to have you aboard. JCviggen, always great to have another track rat on board and I look forward to more pictures and videos of you ripping up European asphalt. Webber, are you based in the Arkansas or Missouri Ozarks ? Great place, either way for fun, fun drives in your Porsches.
Eric, spent some time in your State, and you have some great places to drive also with just a short drive to the Blue Ridge Mountains. My favorite spot in NC, though, is on Ocracoke Island - great place to take a step back in time.

@JCviggen
We don't have the sound booth issue, but we also don't have too many places to really let our cars RUN. Nice shots on the You Tube and welcome to CARPOKES!
