- 2004 (new) Subaru WRX. In World Rally Blue. Loved this car. OTS Cobb tune, straight pipes. Light, nimble and decent power. Blew up the first engine at the Bonneville Salt Flats. Would probably still be driving this car if someone didn't steal it.
- 2015 (new) Subaru STI. On paper, a better car than the previous WRX. Definitely more refined, and likely quicker on a track. But lacked the character and soul the WRX had.
- 2018 (used) 991.2 C4S. Finally stepped up. Great all-round car. Had everything I loved about the WRX, just amplified. And layered on top a bit of interior luxury. Only had this car for a year as an interim while I was waiting for an allocation for the car I really wanted, which was ...
-- 2023 (new) 992 C4GTS. Feels like this car is the one I've been waiting for my whole life. Lots of luxury (full Agave leather interior, e.g.) but more importantly, proper performance. Every input gets a sharp and immediate response. Still learning about her character - she's only tried to kill me once - but it is as demanding as it is deep. Looking forward to some track days.

Here was somewhat of a stopping point for reality, because in 1994 I got back into the car business and this meant every time a great lease came out, or a new model, or a whim, or I was consumed by newcaritis we had something else in the garage, so since this is taxing my brain, I will list models of various machines we ended up getting and finally I will list our vehicles in the garage as of today.

Sure I wasted a lot of money on vehicles but I was selling for 4 years early in my life , and then later I spent another 27 in automotive sales, so please have some compassion, it is hard to be sensible when you work in the " Candy Store " every day, ha!

The Nova SS is curious. I always believed the auto 2 speed was reserved for the bottom feeder 6 cylinder Biscaynes and such. Sounds like an awful match up.
