Sparrows Point is the Auto Dock at Baltimore. She arrived just after midnight this morning and is unloading. You are right on schedule. I'll receive an email when she departs Sparrows Point and gets underway for Jacksonville.

Hoping your port processing goes quickly. 🤞
Oh, ok. Thanks for clearing that up.

Just got this email from Porsche so maybe that means it has completed another step that triggered this email. No electronic steering adjustment for me.

@murphsea Wonder if that means your GTS has begun / completed PDI at the Port? The Siem Aristotle has been offloading all day and is preparing to depart. If so, you may get to see her soon.

Also wonder if that chip was the reason for your delay while in production???

The electrically adjustable steering column is worthless to me. Once I set the steering column I rarely, if ever, adjust it again.

I just paid a deposit to get on my dealers customer list for an allocation - 911 Cabriolet.

I'm looking for an early 2024 delivery

Hawk, which site you’re using to check on vessel status? I’m looking at marine traffic and one other site one shows Sunshine Ace arrives tomorrow to port of Halifax and the other site shows Monday

Be cautious of the ETA's. Some tracking sites use UTC and some use Local time. Marine Traffic uses Local time.

I use several different tracking sites. The one that is most accurate in terms of actual Location is universe.fleetmon.com. For whatever reason it provides satellite tracking free of charge for the Vessel you add to My Fleet. I was able to track the Siem Aristotle during her entire route across the Atlantic and now proceeding to Jacksonville. However, it does not provide an ETA.

When using Marine Traffic you can click on Route Forecast. When you place your cursor on the destination it will show the remaining distance to travel in nm. I then use this calculator - https://rechneronline.de/ship/ - to compute ETA.

No, still showing On Vessel so a bit of a lag. Maybe tonight or Sunday night it’ll update.

The dealership will probably give me the updates from now on as when it clears port processing I think they’re invoiced by Porsche for the car.
